First look at tee pad under 4 inches of ice
But maybe one of the best "Bluebird" days to play, shirtsleeves, no gloves needed, slippery but frozen enough that feet were not wet in slush. Had to play cautious, standstill throws in fairways, just play the short game. Got two full rounds in.

Without a miracle turnaround, no Glow for the 31st. We'll take a look at the following week and see if possible.

Could call it the end of phase 1 but there is still plenty to move in spots. From 6, the pathway will move back over to the current no.4 which will be no.7 with 5 and 6 then no.8 and 9

Hint at phase II plans...current no.6 will get alternate basket added across the field, left of deer stand, on the ridge. In case current tee pad is moved in toward trees for planting or basket moved off field, we will keep similar distance, playing out of woods, over field and back into tight gap.

Following his "Eagle" here just last week, Gary said "I guess you're not running this one following your Eagle. Willi replied..."No I'm running it". And, it's O.B. in that tree. Nice Eagle last week 😃
IMG_1894.MOVThe first recorded walk from original no.5 from tee pad to circle. Still a way to go but getting there. The orange marker at the end is a stump not the basket location. It will go into the end of cleared area. Pathway to no.6 tee is visible left of pin location.
Jan.03. Our first full moon glow of 2026 (Wolf Moon) was well attended. Thanks for coming out everyone. Sunday Feb.1st is next full moon, we'll watch weather going forward for a Jan. 31st round. See you soon.
Dec. 19th-21st. original no. 4 being played for the first time. Measures out 240ft.
in straight line, just can't run it straight here. It's left or right of the trees down middle. We'll continue regular maintenance here now.
The pathway from no.4 up to no.5 tee pad has been cleared nice and wide and will go into regular maintenance. No.4 basket visible near center of pic.
No.5 tee pad finally uncovered completely from storm debris. Gap up to first right dogleg at approximately 50 yards is cleared and being maintained. Pathway will likely detour over to current 11 tee pad until new bridge is funded. Second section is nearly cleared with wider fairway.
Fri. Dec.19th One of the last big obstacles in getting anything through no.5 , middle section. At this point we had worked our way in from both directions and needed this cut to pass through with tractors and trailers.
Fri. Dec.19th. Ben not only makes Aces but has led the charge to get things moved. This last section opened means we now have access to move from 4 tee pad to 6 basket to begin pushing debris and recycling much back onto the course.
Fri. Dec.19th-21st. Original no.6 while rough just had to play. Looks a bit better than this early pic, taken at the first tee pad installed on the course. First time the front border had seen daylight since June 2023
Dec. 10th. We have another Ace for Ben on no.13 with a brand new Star Boss.
Anyone guess where/what this is? It's the first time no.5 tee pad has seen the light of day since the storm buried it under a tree, June 2023.
First section over creek has been cleared and ready to begin maintenance. The bridge over creek will have to be rebuilt.
Dec. 7th The newest member of the Black Ace Club...Ocean joins Gary as the second one to hit no.7 basket playing no.2.
It was another great 11/11 celebration on November 09th...Thanks everyone who attended this year. We are already looking forward to next year and hopefully holding a couple of events during the year. As quick as things were packed away from the weekend, work began to restore the original 4, 5, and 6 layout. The goal is to reopen in the spring with some small changes. Follow here to see progress

No.6 after wind storm in 2023, across the gap through fence as well as up the hill near circle two. And this was an easier hole to clear.
Shout out to Callie at Grit Discs for another great 11/11. Missed you, but Vince Okuniewski was a true pro to have in your place. We look forward to both of you returning soon.
